How do you coach individuals?
My overall approach is to point out the positive in you, your life and the world.
Obviously, different clients have different needs, and what works for some will not work for others. Some clients will want a coach just to be their confidante, friend,or sympathetic ear. This does not mean that the coach takes a totally passive role, but that they do not nag or pester clients about doing what they are supposed to do. Other clients want coaches who will be a little more forceful, who will “get on their case,” if necessary. A proactive approach to coaching works well with some clients and under some circumstances. We will discuss in our intial consultation the various system of coaching to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
