Rich Guberti is an accomplished Entrepreneur, Consultant, Coach and Board Member with more than 35 years of success across Music, entertainment, sports, travel, transportation, event, health and fitness spa industries.
His broad areas of expertise include growth strategy, innovation, coaching, mentoring, and public speaking. He is known for motivating individuals, organizations, industries and sports teams with his positive, go 4 it message and constant reinforcement.
He also is involved in sponsoring disadvantaged youth hockey players, giving them opportunities to succeed in sports and life. His work with such non profits as the Westchester Mariners, NY Dragons and Roots Hockey has allowed him to give back and teach players young and old life lessons thru hockey. Rich also represents USA Hockey as one of its Coaches Education Program Coach Developers. This program is responsible with certifying all hockey coaches on a yearly basis.
For over 10 years he has been the head coach of Fordham University Hockey team leading them to numerous championships. During the pandemic he has worked with the likes of Daymond John, Tony Robbins and others to add certifications in Life and Business Coaching. He is a member of the International Federation of Life Coaches. In 2021 Rich successfully completed Yale Universities Science of Well Being course. The 12 week course reveals misconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change.
Rich also will serve as a IFBB Pro Official. It is the 4th Largest Sports Federation in the World / 203 Countries / recognized by over 90 National Olympic Federations.
As a member of the IFBB-Physique America Committee on Education and Professional Development, Rich looks forward to adding his life experience to the health and fitness industry.
